La consulte provinciale s’est tenue à Beyrouth du 27 au 30 décembre 2025. Elle a commencé par une consulte élargie en vue de préparer la terna à présenter au père général pour nommer le prochain provincial.

When Pope Leon came to Lebanon on the 1st of December, and knowing it was his first destination, we honestly felt seen and cared for after such a long time of feeling hopeless as youth. The joy and excitement we experienced were unbelievable and truly filled my heart.
As the Bible says in Psalm 118:26: “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD.” His message really touched us. He came as a peacemaker and encouraged us to do the same in our own country. He spoke about choosing love instead of ego, and about the strength and peace that come from God. He reminded us to stay strong and rooted, like the cedars of Lebanon, and that even when we feel abandoned, God is always with us and is the source of everything.
This experience made us feel happy, seen, and hopeful again, and we are so thankful to CVX for giving us this beautiful opportunity

اليسوعيّون في مصر – حدثان مميزان في بداية العام الجديد
بدأ العام الجديد على القطر المصري بحدثين مميزين، اعتاد القطر على تنشيطهما في بداية كلّ عام. الحدث الأوّل هو استقبال بطريرك الكنيسة القبطية الكاثوليكية، وعددًا من الأساقفة الكاثوليك، وذلك في مدرسة العائلة المقدّسة بالفجالة. وذلك بمناسبة عيد اسم يسوع الذي تحتفل به الرهبانية اليسوعية والكنيسة كلّها في بداية يناير / كانون الثاني من كلّ عام. ويُعدّ هذا تقليدًا روحيًا اعتاد عليه اليسوعيون في القطر المصري منذ سنوات طوال.
زيارة غبطة بطريرك القدس للاتين، لدير الآباء اليسوعيون في الأردن
تشرّف المركز اليسوعي ودير الآباء اليسوعيون في الأردن يوم السبت ١٧ / ١ / ٢٠٢٦ بزيارة رعوية قام بها غبطة البطريرك بييرباتيستا بيتسابالا بطريرك القدس للاتين، يرافقه عدد من الآباء الكهنة. وكان في استقبال غبطته والوفد المرافق، الأب مايكل زميط الرئيس الإقليمي للرهبنة اليسوعية في الشرق الأدنى، وبحضور الآباء اليسوعيون في الأردن، وأسرة المركز اليسوعي.
New Beginnings in Baghdad
The completion of extensive renovation works on the house in Baghdad in the middle of January signals an important step forward in the revival of the Jesuit mission in Iraq. The task ahead is massive but nonetheless worth undertaking, even as JRS Iraq has all but collapsed in the wake of the abrupt termination of humanitarian funding by the US government.
