Au début, je ne connaissais pas précisément la mission du CJC ni son lien avec les Jésuites. Pourtant, en tant qu’ancienne élève de leurs écoles, je savais une chose : ils ne ferment jamais leur porte à ceux qui frappent. Mais ce n’est que lorsque j’ai commencé à travailler avec eux que j’ai compris la profondeur de leur engagement. J’ai découvert qu’ils ne se contentent pas d’être aux côtés des plus fragiles : ils y sont, pleinement, avec humilité et sincérité, sans chercher ni reconnaissance ni lumière. Ils ne parlent pas de solidarité, ils la vivent.

في المكتبة العربيّة، الكتب الإغناطيّة وافرة والكتب اليسوعيّة شحيحة. فبسبب الفارق الطفيف بين ما هو إغناطيّ وما هو يسوعيّ، درجت العادة على اعتبار هذا أنّه ذاك، وبالتالي، طُرِحَ السؤال ببراءة: طالما أنّي أعيش الروحانيّة الإغناطيّة في حياتي، علامَ تكريس الذات في نذور، والانخراط في رهبنة؟
الرهان يدور إذًا حول مسألة ضرورة القيام باختيارٍ معيّنٍ جذريّ، وهو ما دفعنا، من أجل تعزيز الدعوات، إلى وضع هذا الكتاب، لا لنبيّن كيف يعيش الإغناطيّ، بل كيف يعيش اليسوعيّ.
الكتاب يشرح أمورًا عميقة في حياة اليسوعيّين، وروحانيّتهم، وأسلوب عملهم، بطريقةٍ بسيطة يفهمها الجميع. وقد شئنا أن يتّخذ حلّةً شبابيّة، فجاءت النصوص في شكل مقابلةٍ تخيّليّة مع يسوعيّ، زيّنتها الهاشتاغات، وأغنتها العبارات المؤطّرة وصلوات بعض اليسوعيّين وأدعيتهم، وأضفت الصور عليها حلّةً جماليّةً بصريّة. وهو من تأليف الأبوين سامي حلّاق وطوني حمصي اليسوعيّين.
الكتاب متاح في الأديار، ويمكن أن يحصل عليه مَن يشاء.

The Jesuit community in Amman, Jordan, is made up of three members: one from India, one from Egypt, and one from Malta. Together, they are the smallest group of Jesuits among all the countries that make up the Near East and Maghreb Province (PRO) of the Society.
